Our Founder

UCurricula is led by Raegan Sealy, a writer, performer, and strategic advisor whose work explores truth and authority in the AI era.

A bona fide multi-hyphenate, Raegan has built an acclaimed career without compromising her creative voice. Her work has been recognized by Fulbright, TED, Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation, and The Nantucket Project.

She has been a P.E.O. International Peace Scholar, a Women’s International Leadership Fellow at the International House of New York, and currently serves as President of the American Association of University Women’s NYC Metro branch.

With a BA and MFA in creative writing, and deep experience working inside institutions, Raegan specializes in shaping distinct thinking into visible, credible work. She helps leaders, institutions, and high-performing individuals clarify their intellectual edge, design signature initiatives, and translate ideas into influence.

As a performer, she has shared the stage with Ice-T, Shane Koyczan, Kae Tempest, and Judah & The Lion; experience that informs her understanding that truth must be both rigorous and resonant to endure.
