I like going from 0 to 1. Throughout my career, I've built from the ground up -- crafting the story of what's possible, bringing together the right mix of talent and tools, and turning a vision into reality.

 

Along the way, I've learned valuable lessons from my successes and failures as a serial entrepreneur, enjoyed the experience of being a TED Resident, Global Good Fund Fellow, member of the esteemed 100 Coaches, and found fulfillment in serving as an innovation coach to tomorrow's leaders. 

 

My work has been featured in Rolling Stone, National Geographic, Forbes, and Time, and I'm often a keynote speaker for Fortune 500 companies, industry conferences, and universities.

 

Most importantly, I'm trying to leave this place better than I found it.
